Dear Owen Reid,

You are "due" in FOUR days! Your daddy and I are SO excited to meet you. You have been very active lately...lots of kicking and moving and shifting...I think you're ready to bust out and see the world very soon. We love when you respond to our constant pressing and squishing on you. Your left little heel has been poking out of my skin for quite a while! Your daddy loves to pinch it so you'll kick back at him. We can't wait to SEE you, little man!

{At 12 weeks, we 'graduated' from C.A.R.E. Fertility Center. We were sad to leave our sweet Dr. Nackley who had loved us so well for so long. She even let us stay an extra week or two under her care before moving us on to Dr. Wai. We celebrated this special day with lunch at Olive Garden. After losing weight and hating food during our first trimester, I was finally starting to enjoy eating again...hooray!}

*Felt you kick for the first time during week 16, precious boy. You stayed VERY active from then on. You were constantly squirming, kicking, and on the move...especially at night when I was trying to sleep!*

Your daddy is SO handsome! He loved that while I was pregnant with you, I craved burgers all the time...which was very weird for me. In-N-Out, 5 Guys, and Smash Burger were my favorites. I also ate a lot of potatoes and drank a lot of root beer!
